This weekend on Sky Poker it's a blockbuster- Carlo and I on both nights bringing you live pokertainment from 9pm AND updates and phonecalls from the first leg of the brand new SPT season as it kicks off at Dusk Till Dawn!

See the SPT thread which is already up and running + the full live stream from the event on Saturday afternoon onwards on this very site!

BUT this weekend is just the starters- because here comes the main course. The next 3 live shows on 865 have been given over entirely to the juggernaught that is the first ever UKOPS!

Here's the schedule...

Thursday 3^rd November- UKOPS High Roller Event- including on Sport 4 at 10pm. Saturday 5^TH November- UKOPS Event 7- £10,000 No Limit Hold'em Sunday 6^th November- UKOPS Main Event And, here's your hosts!:

TBH cos this is a first and a real biggy to this site i cant understand why the whole of this wasnt gonna be live , nightly from start to finish , i mean what an advertisment that woulda been xx

Hi Adrian,

Still waiting to see the exact format of the live shows that week, but my understanding is that there will be hands shown from the final tables of previous events...

I agree with you Debs. I still think it's a shame there is only about 3-4 hours of new material 3 times a week considering the channel runs 24/7 although I've mentioned this before and do understand the response that it's very expensive to record more live shows.

But... I think it would have been a great idea to show them live just for this one week, I know it might not be cheap but think of the massive amounts of rake these tourneys will be bringing in... and the future respect it would bring to the Sky Poker brand.
