Monthly UKOPs Style MTT?

There is no doubt last night was a huge success and although my ak shove didnt hold up against a3 (sigh) it certainly has wetted my appetite for more of the same.

My question is clearly primo is the biggest MTT on the site at the moment, but do the powers that be think a monthly super primo with a guarantee of say 20-30k, and satellites available througout the month to suit all br levels would be a good idea?

Think less "more UKOPS style MTT" events, just think plain "more UKOPS style stuff", & you'd be on the right lines.

defo good idea, although unlike the primo, last nights UKOPS and various others i would want it to b deeper/double stacked (rant: not like the double stack where blinds start 20/40, still 100bb's - pointless)

i reckon they could do a £100 20k bounty every week, ppl go mad for bounties

Lol, & there you have it, the old "trying to please everyone is impossible" thing!

Worry not, there is room for both. Hypothetically, of course.

It must be acknowledged, however, that BH's are by far the most popular form of MTT, judged by player numbers. Hard to argue with the facts, I'm afraid, even though personally I'm a "pure" Tourney traditionalist......

We are all different, & enjoy different things. The neat trick is keeping everyone happy, of course, but that's an impossibility.

Alot of people like the BH's are they dont have to cash to make a return.

Sky will obv do more bigger buy BH's it makes sense! Last nights turn out was amazing i thought it would make its gtd but not smash it buy that much.

Looking forward to the 1 event I managed to Sat into (Main Event) lets hope that can smash its gtd aswell ( I think it will 70K my guess)

Just want to +1 this about the UKOPS events.

I don't think it will matter too much tonight as we are starting with 8k and will probably make it better. But when I played Monday we got 4k chips which is good, but the blinds started at 20/40 and by the 1st break were 75/150. Not a lot of point in having deeper stacks if the blinds are higher. 

I was playing the £22 BH at the same time and when that was on 40/80 the blinds in the £110 BH we on 75/150.

On a positive note, the blind structure after the 1st hour was perfect!
