Should I fold turn?

edited November 2011 in The Poker Clinic
hmm don't see anything wrong with number one, you could maybe fold turn if you have good reads, and he has just gone for pot insted of all in, so with his stack size it is a little bit fishy.

2nd one, if you have in mind that you are going all the way with the hand and with his stack size can you not try and get it in on the flop? but don't really see anything wrong with it.

3rd hand is the only one that i think you have played "badly" you have turned the QQ into a bluff, you are never getting called by 1 pair there, i do just fold the turn as any call means 99% of the time you are drawing dead!

I know I am beat but why can't I fold or should I fold
Good enough to realise I am beat, but just to stubborn to fold

should I be folding the turn on all three given the info in the betting and the way I
    played each

hand 1-you can get away from this on the turn but it is player dependant he bet flop got raised then called then 2nd jack came he bet pot to me he is screaming a have a jack

hand 2-me personally would have raised the flop maybe he would have folded his rag ace but if he is callin pre flop wae rag aces maybe not but a very unlucky turn

hand 3-flop is fine gd sized bet, turn is horrible what are you wantin him 2 call you with there a prob flat turn see if he continues on the river if he does then fold because he only bettin with the str8 imo

    1. fold turn
    2. 3bet bigger pre, stop playing like a fish and bet flop
    3. bluffing turn after he leads is burning money imo

cheers straight to the heart of the matter as always
I call oppo's hand on the turn and still donk it, so bad ) Doing it live also and it's so tilting !!
    1. J with a club all day and every day
    2. Obviously 2 pr/set, yes raise pre bigger and lead flop - c/c'ing for value from weaker a's but why give free cards on such a WET board !!
    3. only doing that with an eight, fold man !! Why has he got an eight there - I DON'T KNOW BUT HE HAS - FOOOOLD

Only three hands to run into a negative on the session
note to self: If you call it - fold it
I thought I was being too hard on myself after the session last night blaming it on variance but you can see how bad it was the next day :D

    Hand 1 - Sigh fold.

Hand 2 - Obvz 3bet bigger, you haven't even made it pot sized lol, now you have hit an Ace high flop after 3betting you should be screaming YES very loudly and then betting and not folding, open check then call is truly amazing in a bad way imo. Not sure you're allowed to fold TPTK in 3bet pots so turn is just standard he most likely goes broke w/AQ/AJ also.

    Hand 3 - Like 1 sigh fold.

    1. Well when hes kind enough to donk pot on this card he usually beats KK imo. Its such a dopey play though I might call in game but thats cos I like to sp azz

    2. What weaker As call pre but fold to a cbet when they flop top pair? Without a very specific read just vbet flop and get it in if raised. Im never folding turn as played

    3. If you think he can have a hand you beat call />shove . Clear fold imo, esp when he is kind enough to lead into you when he hits
