Don't they notify you when they intend to do this?.

Stating reasons why.

yes they did notify me after it was for abusive language when sombody said no names i was playing with my grans pension and she dead so who wouldnt retaliate

Hi There Thorpey,  I'm sorry to hear that you have been chat banned mate.  It is one of those things where it can sometimes be hard to take the abuse you can get from people and not retaliate.  You seem to be a gentleman when you're on the tables and reacted in a way that many people would.  Unfortunately rules are rules no matter what the provacation.

Can I ask that in future if you are being abused on the tables please make a note of the date , time nearest hand number to the incident and report it to customer care.  I know that sometimes you want to get it sorted straight away but believe me when I say Sky takes this sort of thing very seriously and they will clamp down on any player that abuses you in this manner on the table. 

I hope the 4 weeks goes quickly and gl on the tables.
