At 100/200 blinds I went all in and was left with just 156 chips. Eventually cashed having a largest stack of 23,000!

Can anyone beat that?

Lyonsbob06 won a Bounty Hunter tournament in September after going down to 35 chips at 200/400 with 4 players remaining. In February Greg Hogg cashed in a DYM after going down to 8.75 chips at 150/300.

my best today was 2nd hand into a bh i got a bad beat went down to 80 chips and recovered to finnish 7th (chip leader by first break)

Not comparing with the 0.x amount of blinds but still nice.
