Call or raise? NL8

Had notes on opponent that they tend to try to steal pots with small bets.

With a relatively dry board on the river, and the way he has been playing, I thought I was ahead and didn't want to scare him off with a re-raise.

With the turn, I am really only losing to a set, and it has brought a possible backdoor flush.

How do I respond to his turn bet?

raise flop, raise turn big, sizing prob wont make much diff to his calling range.

i would of raised the flop for sure was a weak lead out so must of hit a piece of it i woulda raised to like 60 p and lovely turn card he best 40 i woulda raised same as u like £1.70 played fine apart from i would of raised the flop because u wanna get stacked of here
