nl50 deep...weakish flush vs overbet shove

villain is pretty weak and has run up his stack from £25.  there have been a couple of times where he has checked down top pair on the river when i can never have better and a couple of times where he has cold flatted my 3 bets oop.  last time he did that he showed AQ.  he has been min raising my bb a lot for some reason (utg) and im a fish and defend with anything.  i lead most flops when he does and so far he has given up pretty easily and we havent been to showdown.

hate these spots in poker villain could of hit the str8 and gone all in or a set long term i think this is a profitable call so on that basis i have to sigh call but dont like it

I think you are paying £50 to see the nuts here maybe 90% or the time... from what you said in the OP i dont think he would do this with K10 or top set (unless he just had it in his head to stick it in on the river regardless of flush coming) i would say call to see a flush and really hope it's lower...

he folded everytime he missed so i donked at him pretty much everytime cos he just kept folding.  then when he hit he usually checked behind anyway once i gave up on the hand.   

we hadnt been to a showdown though so he probably doesnt know if im a complete donkey or not
