How do you become a member of TPT?

i was playing on the same table(3k BH) as MrBurns the other night and I was telling how frustrated i have been with my game. he advised me to join TPT and it may help improve my game. Just wondering how I do this?
I have been playing with sky poker for 21/2 yrs but never really ventured on the forum.

    welcome..you are free to look around, laura. 
    play safe.  avoid area51. and defo dont go near the River.

    You are welcome to join TPT (Team Poker Trev)

    You have a very solid background as a player and some impressive results since you joined sky poker.

    Let me know if you still want to join and I will post your name on the Official TPT (Trials & Tribulations) thread.

    On there you will get to meet all the TPT Players and we can tell you a little more about what we do as a team, what games & nights we play etc.

    You will also see that we are Currently the DTD Montly champions for November and now 3 times champions.

    Anyway let me know and I will introduce you to the team on the TPT Thread.
