Couple of hands that saw my demise in tonights ME

This first one I think I missed a 3 bet pre-flop, the op had been pretty active and I was pretty confident my Q's were good and my mindset entering the hand was that I was happy to get all my chips in with this hand and that it was a good opportunity to stack him.  Because I was multi-tabling at this point and playnig a big hand on other table, I mis-read the situation and thought the BB was a bet and the 750 was a raise which is why I opted to call and not raise.
