I'd be slightly worried with Boweden's 4bet but tbh it looks ok to me.

I know what you mean but I figure he can only realistically call here with AA/KK/QQ (little did I know he calls with JToff, got him noted up! lol) so I figure I'm almost always gonna be taking the race 2way and I'll play AKs for 25BBs all day long.

I would consider folding to the 4bet readless, but getting it in prob best at 4nl

If you shove its not to isolate, 4bet guy will rarely fold imo.
