Is this a profitable call in the long run, readless at NL10?

If he does this with AA or KK then I'm way behind.
If he does it with a smaller pair then I'm behind and flipping.
I figure I'm only in good shape if he does this with a weaker Ax or Kx.

At NL4 I'm snapping this off, but how often does he have the latter type of hand at this level?

Also, given the stack sizes, the Big Blind may well be tempted to call. Should I take this into account when considering whether to call?
