Tried to phone CC, pressed option 5, "do you want to enquire about your cash for points",  they said they were very busy with calls and put me on hold, stating that my call was important to them.  After 10mins of listening to the slash your wrists music, I hung up.  Think I might go back to full tilt.

As annoying as their music is... it would be MUCH less annoying if it didn't cut out every 15 seconds to tell you "We are experiencing high volume, please hold and your call will be answered shortly" or whatever it is.

If it was less interupted it would be easier to zone out aand ignore it
