You're playing the board, so chopping and losing to any ace. You can't win anything in this hand but you can certainly lose. Calling an all in to split the pot is a big no-no and an easy fold most of the time in poker. If he's bluffing there, then fair play to him, but in a DYM it's probably going to lose him money over time for the times you do have an ace.

I would say because you raised pre, he probably has an ace, BUT because you're raised so small, it's kinda tough to put him on that because you've made it so cheap that on the button, he could call with pretty much anything and try to outplay you.

In the future, raise bigger pre flop. Make it 90-120 to make it less likely he could call with a marginal hand, and make decisions like this one even easier. A min raise at those blind levels doesn't really achieve much.

Snap fold pre flop. First two levels should include JJ+/AK and possible small pairs if you can get in cheap.

River easu fold as best you can get is split but most likely you're beat.

Thank you for your response,i doubt that even if i had raised to 90-120 that he would of folded pre with any 2 cards as that was the way he was playing, i figured i was ahead though after flop and turn but didn't want to lose my customer.
But all ended well as i cashed villian didn't
