Is it just me? I now switch off chatbox and go silent because the constant bombardment of purple updates in the chatbox from Sky about this tourney and that tourney about to start etc etc. Can't you find another way of telling us Sky?

However.....
The Promotion of Tourneys via the Chat-Box results (proven fact) in a substantial increase in field sizes. Bigger field sizes = bigger prize pools, = more momey up for grabs.
I agree, the "Promos" are a minor irritant, but no more than that, & if that's the worst thing that happens to us in an evening's poker, our lives must be pretty cushty, eh?
