2-7 triple draw spot from a while back
So after my long hiatus I decided to play a little TD. I'm too lazy to make names anonymous. My only read on blinddate was that I've seen him limp before, and I thought he was passive in general (but not too sure). So whenever I see someone take this line, it's practically never an 8: it's either a slowplayed nut hand, or a weakly played 9 or something. I've always lived by the "Don't bet into a pat hand" mantra but I'm not so sure if that is the best line in this situation when I make 875. If villain truly has a weak hand, he may not even bet the turn, meaning I'll miss out on some bets going for a checkraise. Then again, if it's a monster, and I go for a checkraise, I'd be putting in 2 big bets as a dog and have to fold to a 3-bet. Also, I have to deal with B. Streak's draw. Any thoughts?
