I wouldn't lead full pot on flop. Trips with a Q kicker is one of those hands where you're either way ahead or way behind, leading only folds out those behind and draws along those ahead. Every now and again AKxx with nut spades will come along but other than that , not many other hands.

That said, when you do get called on the flop, you should expect that villain would have some piece of it and betting again seems the right move.
