This is a hand from a few days ago which has been bugging me. Player 1 has been quite nittiy and not been involved in much, cant remember if he bought in full or short. Player 2 has not been at the table long but has been active. With his bet, i'm happy to flat call here.
Trips on the flop which is FD. Now with the action before me, this is where i'm getting stuck. I've got 1 player after me who's deep, then PL1 who opens. Pl2 3bets to £3. My thoughts are at least one is drawing and one has over pair no idea what scopex is on.
Should i be looking to get it all-in here or just betting the pot. Obv concerns are the drawing flush, which always seem to hit in these spots.
Any thoughts what the correct play should be here, would be appreciated.
Is it ever worth flatting here just to make sure we get the rest of PL1's stack commited? Then work on PL2 on the turn? whilst hoping the K or 8 of clubs doesnt show up...
