Oppo was a bit stationy, had called a big flop 3bet and turn bet with an underpair a few hands previous.

I can't give him too much credit for an ace here, can I?

    Would it be a+EV call?

EDIT: Failed at copy and pasting but oppo shoved the riverrrrrr

look at your hand, look at flop, look how many ppl are in the pot, think about preflop callin ranges. as played if the guy shoves fold river

hate the raise preflop here m8 y not just check and see a cheap flop and try and hit ya set when u raise and get called your only loving a 9 high flop your always going to get overcards and when ya do u gotta think what are people calling your preflop raise with range of hands could easily be A Q  A  J   K  Q   K  J  so i would never c -bet here just a horible situation u got yaself in if u just check preflop in the big blind u only lose 40p

    looks like a nice table!

I wish I could table select this well when taking shots :(

    -----------------

What r ur reasons for cbetting? why do you think it's good? r u bluffing, or value betting?

Will they fold Kx &/or Qx?

Do you put them all on KT? what else will call that you can beat?

I knew wigancarl could call light pre, so could've very easily missed or maybe have a low pair

Thought other oppo had a reasonable chance of hitting but that he'd miss enough times for it to be ok, i guess i'm just a donk :/

Don't cbet these type of flops vs whales, you wait patiently for the times you get tp/overpair/set and extract.

9's from the bb ain't easy to play

call pre - look for a safe flop or maybe a set

by raising pre your forced to c bet just in an attampt to take down pot

    when called - give up

river - c/c reasonable size bet - oppo shoved = fold
    SIGH !

100% check in BB for me, after that action just pretend you have pocket 2's and set-mine.

As played got to check flop imo it hits their L/C range so hard, be amazed if that cbet ever got through longterm.

River check, pray for tiny bet and just call.

Oops I made a mistake when C + Ping, oppo lead shoves the river!

AFTER I have made the apparently bad cbet, when he shoves the river I am getting 1.76:1 on a call

If he has an Ace less than 56.7% of the time it is the right call and I don't see him having it that often in this situation.

How often do you think oppo has it here?
