I think it's all ok....

Maybe abit more on the flop would give us a better chance of getting stacks in on the river but with that board I prefer a river value bet rather than a shove anyway.....

You invest early for a bigger payoff later. If you raised pre then it would of been extremely likely that you would of got stacks in on the turn at the latest.

Tbh hadn't looked at the hand properly yet was just giving the reason we raise small PPs.

I stil prefer a raise though.

Definately raise flop bigger, he 1.5x in a limped pot. Think you can bet the river a little bigger too.


Edit - I can say with 90% accuracy that marcus is not folding 52 suited pre flop in the blinds.

Limp/call/c/f flop players are just goldmines aren’t they

i understand what your saying what if i raise and 2 call its hard to c-bet on a flop and get it thru and say i i raise preflop and some 1 reraises my raise then i have to fold 2s maybe this way get to see a cheap flop and set mine and if i do hit a set happy days

Guess that would depend on effective stack...

But really intrigued why lol_raise and coxy are debating the limp at 40bb or 60 bb :S

by a 100bb stack yeah, they're probably gonna have a strong range at this level to iso 40bb limper oop so higher IO...
