NL10 AK - NFD +2 Overs - facing all in 70bb and call

edited January 2012 in The Poker Clinic
Well it's effectively a 111bb call as GIUS can't fold.

I think it's a fold personally as they can't both be on draws and GIUS's smooth call looks super strong to me and if he has a set you only have clubs to hit but then they could pair so you ain't in great shape, plus other guy has to have something shoving for over twice the pot lol.

Defo fold for me, one player defo get it in but two smells fishy.

Are we folding with a very possible live 15 outs , are we crazy!!!!!!!!!!!!

What are you putting them each on to have 15 outs?

I'd say you're FD outs are most you can hope for here.

You didn't answer my question :)

I don't know what the guys hold here.If someone has a set he definitely doesn't go all in with this board.

Flopped flush maybe? The call seems strong but in these levels I am not sure if someone's understands this matter.

Decision: IMO you are definitely behind if you call. So probably fold here.

Regarding your say about the 16 live outs I think the only way of winning if you call is by hitting a club, not by hitting top pair, two pairs, set etc.

I ask the questions round here )

From what I have seen, I don’t rate them

    Edited original post

    Oppo’s are not REGS I think :S

But I would say giving action on flop, I fancy my chances

oppo action: shove is bad and so is the flat imo so...........

There is no option to flat as you will have to call ALL turn cards.

You say you don't rate them if this is true why would you want to gamble here when you can bleed them easier when you have a better hand than this.

He's behind if he calls but even if we discount the overcards (I think the K is probably live), he's around 40% to win the pot and only had to put in 9 pounds (assuming you go all in rather than call) to get 23/24 pounds, which is below 40%, so it's a mathmatically good call.
