I would very rarely fold this pre-flop. Your question cant really be answered tho. It depends on the type of game ur playing - tourny, S&G or cash- your stack size, poition etc.

If i wasnt keen to make a move and i wasn't short stacked id probably just limp in if possible and hope to hit a set, although i might also call to a small pre-flop rasie. If i was on the button i would DEFO raise this hand. U might steal the blinds and even if you get called you will have position for the next round of betting so (depending on what the rest of the table do) you will be in a position to bluff or play aggressive if this is suitable for the table/your opponents.

check river also, you have some showdown value and he wont fold many better hands
