Flop after flat and raise would be a fold for me as limped pot they can have anything, also with his raise I doubt you have ANY FE so relying purely on your draw.

Tough spot, you only have just over 20bbs left so I guess after you bet the flop you can't walk away after his raise.  Maybe check/fold and wait for a better spot.
