Snap fold when it eventually gets back to you lol.

Raise on river, it's tricky, you do have a straight but it's bad end plus paired board. Main thing you have to remember is bad players even on this board can have KK and think they're 'trapping' then suddenly go crazy on the river not realising they only now get value from made hands whereas bet earlier gets value from draws.
