Literally the very first hand of a £2.25 ten-player Bounty Hunter.
Should I just make a standard raise here? (Maybe 5x or a bit more.)
Or, is it worth a shove? I could easily be called by a loose player, and if everyone folds I may create an instant image as a maniac.
