Apologies if this has been answered elsewhere but if 4 players left and 3 players go all in and 2 players get knocked out, how do they decide who comes third ?

What, who has biggest when going all in ?

the player with the most chips out of 3rd and 4th,
pre-all-in,comes 3rd
if they are the 2 that are all-in.

Thanks chaps. I thought I was biggest but forgot opponent  had a small blind as well!! so just dipped out again !! lol

Just don't ask what happens when the two smaller stacks get knocked out simultaneously when both have the same stack sizes!

That's the one. 

We never proved anything in the end, except a bunch of people can spend an afternoon flipping in DYMs!
