It is now, i won`t go into a rant and rave but i have decided too quit so this thread is to say goodbye and thankyou it`s been fun but i`ve had enough.

NOW IT`S ABOUT TIME YOU LISTEN TO MTT PLAYERS THAT PLAY 3-4+ TABLES AND GIVE THEM A SAME TIME BREAK,
IT`S A NITEMARE HAVING DIFFERENT BREAKS AND HAVING TO PEE IN A BUCKET, IT`S WORSE CROUCHING DOWN FOR A NO2 US MALES ARE UNSTABLE DOING THAT ESPECIALLY AFTER A FEW, IT`S EASY FOR THE FEMALES ON SITE THEIR USE TO IT.
SO I`M PLEA WITH YOU, ALL BREAKS AT FIVE TO THE HOUR OR AT LEAST LET THEM KNOW WHAT YOU PLAN ON DOING.
I CAN SAY I HAVE NOT SELF EXCLUDED BUT I HAVE WITHDRAWN ALL MY MONEY AND DELETED MY PROFILE PAGE ALONG WITH ALL THE FRIENDS ON IT, IT`S NOT TO SAY YOU ARE NOT MY FRIENDS YOU WILL ALL BE IN MY HEART, YOU CAN STILL SEND ME P`Ms WITH ANY NEWS, LIKE THE DON AN DOHHH SHOW INSTEAD OFF TIKAY AN RICH, OR LOGDON EXPECTING TRIPLETS, ECT AS ALL P`Ms WILL END UP IN MY EMAIL.

In truth, it's something Sky Poker have always had on the "to do List", but it has always been a very long way from the top priority in the past, & rightly so, when there were more useful things that needed sorting.
If "synchro breaks" (or lack of them) ever caused me more than a nanasecond of thought, I'd need to look at myself seriously. I think a sense of perspective is needed here.
Happy Hour changes, changes to table buy-ins, resizeable tables and synchronised breaks were all mentioned amongst others.
Within a few days the first 2 had happened. I expect the rest can't be far behind.
There are LOTS of things to change, improve, & tweak, & we all sat down in Head Office over a year ago & prioritised them. One by one, they are all being delivered, & I truly believe they are being delivered in the right order of priority.
There is an ongoing IT Project Plan, with staging dates, for both squeezy Tables, & Synchro breaks, but I am not going to give everyone a stick to whack us with by naming dates.
The sync breaks are just a smokescreen I think. You need a pee go during a table break and sit out the others. You miss 2 hands at the most usually. He probably got another bad beat last night and flounced off again. It's a regular thing with Sporny. He seems a decent bloke with his heart in the right place and a very good player I'm sure he'll be back.
Yes, he is a decent chap, yes, his heart is in the right place, but because of a trivillity like that, the Staff here have to be insulted by him every single day? Do we really need comments such as this?

To Sporny - take your time off to read the Mental Game of Poker, it really is essential reading
Tikay takes all kind of abuse esp on the Ask Tikay thread, he doesn't always see half the stuff as the mods intercept a lot of it, it is a stain on this community that any of the "front of house" Sky staff are abused and cricitised.
Everybody should take a Saturday out and go along to a Sky Poker Tour to see these guys in action, you don't even have to play (I railed at Luton) and you see Sky Adam with the new enhancements, Sky Priority Dan with the details of Priority membership (and why shouldn't high volume customers have perks)
Rich P, Tikay and Blandy work their proverbials off, they don't stop, live feed, updates to threads, photos - list is endless

but everyone loves you and you've got more friends on here than anyone! Why not wait till after SPT Brighton to quit?

I think this is probably needed, not a permanent break but judging by alot of your posts you are very disillusioned when it comes to losing at poker and minor details appear to cause you great trouble.
I hope for you that you come back in the future with a refreshed mind that is not filled with all the negative hypothesis about both the client and the way sky treats its customers.
felt harsh after I posted it, good luck but I'm sure a little break from poker will see you return soon.
Being well placed in two competions only to have the system crash and not allow actions to be made before the time out clock ran out. Was enough to tilt anyone. Myself on one hand had quads and lost to a pair because I could not call the river. Being told the problem was with my system doesn't help, when you see others having identical problems!
Sporny puts 100% into his game the forum and channel 865 to take this decision must be heart rendering for him.
So far as negativity goes if you read 99% of his posts you'll find they are humerous, helpful and positive.
It's a big shame he won't be at the next SPT because he's been through a lot and was looking forward to it big time!
Myself I hope he reconsiders because his comments made me laugh and enjoy playing poker!
I totaly agree we do this because we enjoy it and if your not having fun no point in playing but never say never. We all know the problem is as I have said many times before thats why we love and hate the game all at once and of course luck is there but luck like everythiing else in the game variance comes into the play.
Good luck with what you do but you may remember like a lot of us TV is boring! Thats why we all ended up here in the first place lol. (Apart from sky poker TV quality show)
It pains me to say goodbye, but in all honesty you are probably making the right decision in the long term.
We all need time out to reflect on why we play this game sometimes and what may seem like a major issue right now, could well seem quite trivial once we have had our cooling off period.
The only reason we should be playing this complex game of poker is because we enjoy it and the moment that stops, we should stop.
I have long given in to the idea that I will cash in every MTT and just accept it for what it is to me "A Hobby", but don't get me wrong, I go into every game and give it 100% and even if I don't cash, at the very least, I expect to enjoy it. As soon as the enjoyment has gone it's time to take a break.
You are a likeable rogue Mr Spornybol, but I really hope you can take this time out to reflect and maybe come back with a different mind set and a different perspective of the game and online poker as a whole.
I truly believe, that the Staff at Sky Poker also give 100% into making our experience here an enjoyable one.
As paying customers and players, we may have made demands, we may have whinged, we may have inferred the odd insult or maybe more, but you only have to look at the developments over the last few years to realise.........They have listened to us, changes for the better have and continue to be made, it just takes a little longer than we want or expect it to sometimes, but it does happen.
They have the same goals as us in someway.........we all want the best online experience possible.
I know we can all have a moan about "Bad Beats" and online poker being "Fixed" but please ask yourself this....Why would it be fixed?......"Fixed" is not a business model that has any longevity or profitability because it needs to retain paying customers and to make a profit. If it were fixed it would have no sustainability in the market place.
So for now, I wish you all the best Spornybol and really hope you can come back in the near future with a clear mind and start enjoying the game you love once again.

we have both been on Sky for a while now and shared many a table, laugh, joke and bad beat. I can honestly say that I've enjoyed every moment, even the rants.
You like Dennis were an ever-present on the site, and it is sad to me to see players like you leave.
