You can raise this pre-flop, or on the flop with top pair. Your opponents lead-out for full pot on the flop into a limped pot doesn't look like massive strength from most players. Frequently this will be a drawing hand or a one pair hand since big hands will be desperate for value. You beat any one-pair hands he's going to have so the raise makes alot of sense here. Having made the call on the flop for 150, you fold the turn for a half-pot, 225. Obviously alot of draws have come in and if you're taking the read that your opponent only bets here for value with a made hand, then I don't have a problem with the fold.

Ultimately you've folded without ever definining your opponent's hand or your own, so you are very open to being bluffed in spots like this. Raise the flop and take control and you'll get better results long-term. Even better; raise pre-flop and don't let them see the flop too cheap. Aggression is always going to beat passivity in the long-term, but as played I can understand the fold on the turn.

Unfortunately I can't see your stack size, so it's difficult to make a complete argument, but I've assumed that you're all reasonably deep, say 30BB+ at the start of the hand.
