Those are a couple of deeply unpleasant beats.
If you're wondering whether you should leave the table, that usually means the answer is yes. You've got to be settled and focused to play good poker. If you're not rolled for it then absolutely you should leave the table.

    Why can't you play NL4?

Really strange thead, firstly I presume you've just slipped below £150-£160 which is the minimum to at least take shots at NL8 (I would argue having at least £200 to feel confident), if this is the case then surely you're now well rolled for NL4 e.g. 30+ BI's?

The fact there's ALWAYS NL4 tables going means you can play at any time so I presume you can't play it because you feel it's a step down, if this is true you really have to change that mindset very quickly.

either that or go sit on a nl100 table and go for a double up :-)

i have played alot of nl4 and i lose at it long term i can't handle the varience and have lost money at it in the long term it doesnt suit the way i play and i lose at it long term slowly but steadily. After a bad run at nl4 my bankroll was down to 12quid over the last 6 weeks i have played that 16 at nl8 managed to grind my way up to 15BI but decided if i dropped belw 11 then something would have to change or i could lose it all again so im no at 88 and wondering where to go may grind the dyms for abit to dry and up it back to 15BI and try again not sure. The general query was that i still had enough to buyin to the table but seem to be having a bad night if i thought i was playing right and just getting badbeats should i have stayed at the table and tried to ride them out knowing that it must swing the otherway soon? In the end i stopped playing for the night.

i make it between 40-50p when i enter the pot in hand 1, but make it 50p in hand 2 given your in the small blind and haven't got position in the hand, maybe bigger 3bet on the kings hand on the flop, but that might be nit picking. Other than that you did get very unlucky.

If you can't profit in the long run at 4nl I can't see how you are going to profit at 8nl in the long run either. Seems to me you just finished riding an upswing and are now still not rolled enough to cope with a downswing.

    How is your tourney game?

The £2 BH's contain really soft fields, when I came back to the site on 2nd Jan I had £136 and managed to take down the 8.05pm £2.30 BH for ~ £120, haven't looked back since and have just crossed the £600 mark through a combination of cash + tourneys. The £3.30 morning BHs are really soft too.

Personally I am rubbish at sit n gos and my sharkscope record proves it (think minus $400? could be worse) but I never really took it seriously and I had serious tilt issues when I played alot of them leading to steaming off 6 dym loses at a time.
If you have discipline you can suceed though just look at JohnConnor!

Edit - About this table/the hands in particular, I probably would leave, theres enough fish at 8nl/4nl to feed on at other times when we are in a better mind set.

Hand 1 - I prob check back river unless villian has showndown weak 1 pair hands a few times. Always makes me laugh when people donk bet/call flop and then donk bet turn, its like they want to pay more to get to the river.
    Hand 2 - just ul.

Adapt your game to the stakes you are playing, not the other way round.
