hi all i have just joined and have entered a dym however althought i can get in the lobby i cant get to the table so i am losing as i cannot play any hands can anyone help please jim

Sounds like a pop up blocker. Other things could be your browser, i.e google chrome doesnt (well, didnt) work and i had problems with firefox. Try running it on internet explorer.

Alternatively, use the download which can be found on the home page.

If you're using the browser then stop and use the download.

thanks for your advice i am using chrome i did get in eventually but dont know how i will try different browsers good luck yo all

Seriously, the download is the dogs wotsits! Doesnt take long at all to download it on to your desktop. I didnt want to do it at first but its loads better, quicker!

It could be your firewall. I have F Secure and in the settings I have to allow all network traffic to get Skypoker to work on internet explorer. If I don't do that the table frame loads but the players don't.

Make sure while on this setting you only go to sites you totally trust as you've just opened a tunnel through your firewall. After you've finished on skypoker make sure you put the settings back to normal. The settings will probably go back to normal anyway when you re-boot your computer.
