SKY SORT IT OUT PLEASE

Take a tip from me;
 
Type all long posts out in a word processor then copy/paste it into the forum when you've finished. That way if a pop-up gets in the way or you're unknowingly logged out it's all still there.

The same thing has happened to me numerous times, including tournament result posts with 6 whole tournaments. It's infuriating to say the least. I'm doing all my £51/£1051 entries on a word processor(Microsoft Word Starter, which is free), I certainly don't fancy typing those out twice.

Really cant believe how many times this has happend to me but i was just writing a response on my challenge thread which took me 30min to type up and then the bloody happy hour pop up came and i because i was mid typing it wouldnt let me press the done button on the bloody pop up so i could go back to writing, i had to refresh the page and lost the lot!!!!!!!!!!!!

This has happend a few times now CAN YOU PLEASE SORT IT OUT SKY OR PUT AN OPTION TO STOP THESE FECKIN POP TARTS

Yo Dazzy.

Yup, been there, done it, & I know it's frustrating, but it's not a life-changing problem, so lets try & keep it cool.

I understand the Forum software is undergoing some considerable enhancements very shortly, I know they are on it right now, & let's hope it irons out this irritating little bug.

It has happened to all of us a few times, & yes, it irks a tad.......I did, umm,  "mention it", once or twice, upstairs!

Leave the arguing with the suits to me, don't want you getting the Mod-stick sent your way, really, I don't. Trust me, they ARE aware of this bug!

yea i know i usualy do but didnt on this instance. Still it shouldnt lock you out cos of a pop up you should just be able to press on it to get rid of it.

yea only jesting with the aggro title, infuriating but ill live and no malice intended towards sky i know they do a good job. Ill change the title a little tee hee

I've never had this problem. I've always been able to close the banner and go back to my post.

IM GLAD I 'DID IT FOR YOU' PAIGE its just one of my many talents of 'DOING IT' But usualy people tell me 'NOT TO DO IT' but i never listen and just 'DO IT' anyways
