roll with the punches and move on it happens more than just once as you said and is annoying but there is nothing you can do about it apart from bet when ya got a hand and get um in when you think your ahead. No way to know what anyone has be it a good player or really bad player. but you did bet over 600 on the flop when blinds are only 30 he shoves and you called with a pair. What if he was a good player and hit a set, or would it of felt less bad if he hit KJ or he had Q10 spades? Dont look at it as what he has hit look at how the betting goes. Pk As and Ks are hands of Doom anyways lol. gl

Had two MTTs last night @ $55. Money went in on turn as 94 and 96% fav vs 2 outs n 3 outs.  Forgot till just now.

Way you have to be. 

Its easy to get hands stuck in your mnd, I am massively OCD.  But you just have to focus on the sighhh factor, plus knowing that although the donkage has been rewarded vs you, overall, they are going to be massively losing
