Can anyone help

Have been using Sky Poker from my download icon for last few months.  Tonight I tried to go in and it wont load.  System says the program is there and I have correct Adobe Air loaded.  Sky help desk cant help.  Any ideas?

    Would be worth uninstalling the re-installing Sky and Adobe air.---worked for me
