Not sure about my bet on the turn, checking seems too weak and don't want to give a free card but also the nut worst turn card in the deck.

Also, what should I be doing on the river - any value bet would probably mean I'm pot committed if my opponent shoves, so just checked without really knowing what I was going to do if my opponent bet.
