£5000 BH Decision for Stacks Opinion Please?

Early Stages of tournament and opponent has shown many strange hands and has definitely been most active player on table. 

However although I end up folding the rover shuld I make this fold on the turn if I am quite certain I will fold to a River shove if a blank card comes. 

I was confused to when he leads the turn and I think he may of had 1010 and lead out to stp a possible check back from me and the board getting worse for his hand. However J9/J10 also came into consideration. Along witha  few hands I beat such as Q10hh and AJhh which he turned into a bluff on the river along with KQ which gets their and may raise when the 2nd heart comes as I hold the K of hearts blocker to some hands.

Yeah that turn bet looks like fish getting excited after hitting their hand so I'd fold there.

If you call turn you can be sure he's potting it again (they love a pot bet lol) or shoving like here so knowing that you have to call river with board not changing IMO.
