I was just about to register for the Glasgow leg but I received a "sorry tournament is now unavailable". I noticed 116 seats taken before I tried to register, I take it the direct buy in was closed in the last few minutes?

Looks like we shall be on Alternate lists at opposite ends of the country then!
In Response to Re: SPT Glasgow - direct buy-in available : Looks like we shall be on Alternate lists at opposite ends of the country then! Posted by Machka
Why do I leave things to the last minute??? The two SPTs disappeared from lobby just after my sorry message, have they been cancelled* Machka, I hope you run good when you get to play!
AS YOU CAN SEE BELOW IT SAYS IT HAS A CAP OF 150. BUT YOU HAVE IT AT 120. SURELY YOU CAN GIVE US THE CHANCE TO STILL BUY IN DIRECTLY, AS YOU HAVE CLEARLY ADVERTISED AS A 150 CAP NOT!!! 120
Seats will be available at the venue from midday saturday, to 140 capacity as it happens
We need to close off the lobby on the Thursday before the event as Sky Poker staff are generally travelling to venue on the Friday, and we need to organise lists to venue before that
Players have had six weeks to qualify, several days to buy in direct and now have one final chance at the venue, first come first served at midday
If you want to play the event, there really aren't any exuses in the way the event is planned!
WAS`NT COMPLAINING, JUST WANTED CLARIFICATION. ONE THE ONE HAND YOU SAID 120 ON THE OTHER IT SAID 150. DID`NT WANT TO BE MAKING A TRIP INTO GLASGOW IF THERE WAS NO CHANCE OF GETTING A SEAT. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP
