It's the big bad boy of the week!
The £18,750 GTD Primo- where for just £33 you can take thousands and thousands of pounds.
As ever, we'll be all over it on Channel 865 and the live stream on the homepage.
However, in a change to the scheduled programme, Sky Poker 'stunna' Sarah Champion will not be appearing as she's feeling a bit poorly today. Get well soon Sarah.
But don't despair lads, you've got, ahem, the next best thing instead....
me!
Yes, 'fresh' from Manchester, I've hotfooted it at the last moment from the hotel straight down to the glamour of Feltham High Street to step into Sarah's stilletoes...(not literally, before you ask).
On the show tonight- TV's Mr. Unflappable Trevor Harris does the analysis and we're off on a four hour-athon covering the main event.
We'll also be taking a look at Friday's heads-up from the £12.5K double stack
and last night's final table from the £8750 Open- as we ran out of time on those nights, due to the new and improved structures.
I've also cajoled Ed Giddens to play the Primo tonight and speak to us on the phone about yesterday's first leg from the SPT.
And of course, we'll be reading out your messages throughout the show- so post them on here, email them to
skyopen@bskyb.com or text them to 84846.
Up for grabs tonight for a randomly selected message sender, will be the full merchandise kit handed out to the players at yesterday's SPT event. A Sky Poker baseball cap, a Sky Poker polo shirt and a Sky Poker pen.
I know, I know, we really do spoil you.
Good luck tonight!

Keep 'em coming!

Get well soon Sarah, any chance you could make a recovery before 8.00 lol, sorry Rich.
I thought that I'd invest it in lessons from Richard.
I was wondering if you would give me the same "mate's rates" that you gave Tikay when you taught him, Richard?
Thanks.
Hope Sarah gets well soon (Would that be the chest she has?;)), Loonytunes that has to be the new competition, which of the male presenter/analyst looks best in a dress
Question for Rich, who won the people at the bar bet between you and Ed?
Glad all had a great day yesterday. I came 11th in the Frday main event but have had an absolute poker shocker all weekend. Bad run of cards and bad decisions by myself have resulted in my worst cash table results for over a year! I'm looking at my bankroll and its not bad by any means but psychologically I find it depressing to look at currently. What can I do to get back on track? Time off, away from cash and back to DYM's, focus solely on mtt's. The trouble is the mental part of the game for me after this weekend.
My worry about moving down levels is the standard and the players not appreciating 'higher level' poker thinking and play.
Cheers for any advice,
Phil

Just like to wish the Skypoker team the best of luck in the Apat UK team championships in the G Casino Manchester on 23/24/ Jan 2010. Just to get a team into this event was very difficult. But it just shows how very well respected Skypoker has become in the last few years. A very big thanks to everyone at Skypoker.
Frank.
