I'm fairly certain that my call on the flop was the right move on this occasion and I just got unlucky on the river. 
I figured that if he was holding a big pair he would've re-raised pre-flop.  I don't think he would've called my pre-flop raise with 9x, 8x or 2x but there was always the chance he had a pocket pair.

So, was I right to call his all-in raise on the flop, or is this a losing play in the long run?
