Yep, I agree with you. I'd show no interest at all in playing this hand. It has trouble written all over it.

I would insta fold, if you call now do you call the turn and river bets as well.

Yep don't go broke in limped pots, guy suddenly bets pot after limps pre, he has something decent and will be betting turn river for much more with you only beating air at that stage.
