how to post a hand

having difficulties copying and pasting hands as it somes up all mumbeled together if you get me how do you get the screen shot as you would if you were looking at it on hand history details? anyone help would be much appreciated

    What browser/software are you using?

    It only displays properly for me when I copy and paste using Internet Explorer. In other browsers I have the same problem. (Annoying for me as I don't actually play my poker in IE.)
