Re: Whoever compared DYM's to putting money on Red or Black at a roulette table - With the greatest of respect, what a load of rubbish. Watch the show, look at the number of bad players who are playing junk early on and tell me that nobody has an edge against them.

Re: Bigal - Yes, you can bully. You just need to know who to bully. It's no good bullying someone who's going to snap you off with QJo and be happy if they think they're flipping, even though this is never going to be profitable long term in a million years. Make notes on who understands how a DYM works and who doesn't, make notes on who understands ICM and who doesn't, etc, and take advantage of that.

You're trying to 'bully' the wrong players then....

Part of the skill of 'bullying' is identifying players that are bullyable.

Your fold equity in dyms is increased massively compared to other sngs & mtts due to the payout structure. For example a 4xbb shove is often massive, and people will only call you off with like 5% of hands, compared to an MTT where often it's correct to call with literally any 2 cards.  

Therefore I'd suggest that dym games are very easy to 'bully' until people start adapting. 

Wouldn't suggest it's neccesserily the best strategy to adopt long term though.

i reported it straight away. with  a witness.  i did miss the chat box, cos it went off before i could copy and paste, they even stated in chat it was their friend and they were on the phone to them when they didnt call for 30 chips on the bubble in a dym...

i took the other person out the next hand. but that is not the point..  it is cheating
