i just complained to sky because i didnt play 1 single hand in a dym and wouldnt give me a refund i like this site comunity is great its not the fact i lost £5.50 its the principal of it u should play poker to lose money surely this what i put hi i just played a double your money for £5.50 well the fact is i didnt i kept on getting dissconected an my screen kept on freezing up so anychance f entering me in another dym for same ammount or can i have a refund i dnt mind losing £5.50 but when im not playing 1 single hand its kind of harsh

Surely the fault must be at your end if no-one else is experiencing any problems?

I was just playing the £20 guaranteed and the £25 guaranteed rebuy and had no problems.

lambert i wasnt on youtube or facebook or anything just on poker 1 table thats all and it kept freezing up couldnt play 1 single hand like i said i dnt mind losing money but to lose money and not play a single hand is a joke might aswell go bookies and put a fiver on green 0 on roullette
