there was abv a reason why you 8xd pre and I dont think you were looking for a fold.  if you can get called @ 8x here I dont see why not, but in a normal spot 0.35 seems fine.

Bet each street hope he has a hand to come along with.  If he hasnt connected flop, only meaningful connection on later streets beats you

If you raised to 9x because you know your opponent in the BB will call with ATC, then I think you can value shove such a wet flop IMO, as you'll get called by him with so much. I know it's easy for me to say that when you've posted the result and I can see he flopped the nut flush draw, but I think he'd still call all in with any draws, and probably any pair if he's fishy enough to call a 9x raise with K3s. You'd be dead unlucky if he's missed totally.
