These guys always get a hard time but I contacted them regarding the time last night when the site went down for a minute and they couldn't have been more helpful.

I was apologised to, had my buy in refunded and also was asked what tourney I would like frree entry to for my inconvenience. Naturally, I chanced my hand and asked to be put in the Easter Roller and was added there and then!!

He even told me that everyone that contacts them by noon today will get the same option!

Now, thats what I call customer care!!!!

i got my buy-in back and got free entry into the Thursday bh.

I was affected by this as well, was going to speak to them last night but too busy getting C4P up. In the longest queue ever waiting to speak to them now lol

I was playing multiple tables and was kicked off.

I am unhappy with the outcome from customer care, bearing in mind the things others have been offered. But i would have been happy, had i not heard about the things others were offered!

I will not disclose my converstation with them but i will be contacting them again...

Customer Care were about as much help as a chocolate teapot and unlike the OP, weren't particularly polite to me at all, want an hour of my life back plz.
