NL4- tricky decision on flop

table had been playing pretty straight forward n the guy in cut off had been the most active at the table of everyone there, he had a stack of £8 went down to £2 n back upto £8 he hadnt been showing monsters to win but they werent any really bad hands hed been to showdown with. the sb hadnt done anything of notice in the short time he had been at the table.

usually im fist pumping shoving here, the 1 st min raise dont mean to much to me but the 2nd has alarm bells ringing. is this just a simple case of getting it in here or should caution be shown from someone i dont have a clue about
