I don't know anything about your opponent or your own play up to this point and Meta-game is basically what heads-up is all about. That said, when he makes it 100 pre-flop, with 33 I think it's a spot to shove or fold. When you make it 220 you need to know why you're doing it. If you're making it 220 intending to fold to a 4-bet, then I'd suggest folding outright. Otherwise you've got to be making it 220 intending to call a shove which is pretty bad too, with only 33.

You can't really want him to call here, since that will leave you in a really unpleasant spot on almost any flop.

Incidentally if you're not sure of your heads-up play, I'd suggest you play deeper SNG's than 50BB starting stacks.

BorinLoner is spot on.
Pre flop it is either all in or fold. 3betting creates a lot of awkward spots post if they flat. As played when they jam it is a snap call. Even debating folding here is a huge mistake.

33 good enough? Depends on the dynamic with villain?

If you 3 betting its got to be a shove IMHO, he flats pre you going to hate any flop unless you planning a go and go from the outset.
