Personally I think your problem was post flop. The board is fairly wet with straight and flush possibilities. I like your bet on the flop but I would have 4 bet their raise to you, or even shove. This then makes your opponent have to pay a lot to try and make his flush/straight.
They could even have an overpair but I would have thought they would have reraised you being out of position.

The turn I would have fired a bet and then if you get shoved it would have confirmed his flush and you could have got away.

The river is an unforunate card for you as it would have been a lot easier to get away with just 1 pair but his all in should have made you think that its either a complete bluff or he's hit, so I probably wouldn't have called here.

I'd raise 4x pre UTG minimum.

Flop facing check min-raise any hand he does this for value with should be ahead of you sets/2pair/A10/possible overpairs which can happen at NL4. All else is semi-bluff/bluff and by calling you let him contiue that bluff, raising for me would be pretty much pointless, unless of course you know he'll call off on flop wih FD.

Turn completes 79 and possible flush so don't mind check here to try and get bluff on river if he minraised flop 'for information'/air.

River you hit top two so have to call off, and kind of unlucky really as most times his flush misses.

I think you should be calling the flop with every intention of shoving if it doesnt come a diamond 6 or J as it does come technically two of these you should be looking to fold from the turn.

you should shove the 3b shove flop if you're gonna call that river bet
I'd only call that river bet as played if you've seen opponent do similar bluff before
