There is something strange with regards to the river card taking a long time to show up, I have noticed it. Although some times it has taken a long time to come down and produced an absolute brick, so i don't think it's searching for the 'bad beat card' I think it's just something that is wrong with the software

im only guessing here but sky on average must have 300 odd tables open (like i say guessing here), thats a lot of flops turns and river flying about every second, im sure if they were "finding a card" they could do it without a lag. i just put it down to building suspense :-)

had a barrell of fun on my regular site last night.  12 games 9 LP 14bb shubs ran into A's in the blinds.  Cold deck say wut?

Only thing wrong with skypoker for me is the blue screens give me chronic headaches.

Could I respectfully suggest ,my friend, that before you place any more posts, you take some schooling in spelling and grammar.
If anything like that happens to me ,and it does, I think "What have I done wrong, could I have played different?".
Bad beats and bad luck happen, mate, its part of the game.

Criticising someone's spelling doesn't make you look big or clever mate.
Maybe his spelling isn't that good, maybe he doesn't care.Kinda makes you
    look small and pathetic.

    well sed.

So mny ppl post from posh fones theze days that splling, punchuatyion and grammer are mostly moot.
  • edited May 2012
Grammar and punctuation help you explain your point and maybe help give it some meaning but i'm afraid shakespeare himself could not help Mr Reid with this one.

i am trying to think of the last post igimc that wasn't either moaning , groaning or having a pop at someone. correcting someone's spelling or grammar DOESNT make him look small or pathetic. if your going to write something, how hard can it be to press spell check!!!
ps ,humour me and write a fun happy post or a joke maybe, just something that tells me you have a soh :-)

Well at least you can remember mine.None of yours spring to mind tbh.
Criticising spelling is small minded imo.You criticise my posts but if all
you have to offer is this, then that is sad.
And finally i am not here to humour you,i do have a soh and like i said
earlier i can't remember you having my sides splitting at any point.
good to know you're taking an interest though

im not critisizing your posts , just saying they all sound the same. either biatchin or having a go. your not hear to humour me  ,of that i am quite certain. joke for you :  What's the difference between a man praying at a poker table and another man praying in a church? The one at the poker table means it. boom boom!!!

One morning, a man woke up to hear a voice whispering to him, saying, "Quit your job, sell your house, and take all your money to Las Vegas."

Thinking it odd but not giving it much thought, he goes on about his day. But then at work, while on his lunch break, he hears the voice again: "Quit your job, sell your house, and take all your money to Las Vegas."

He ignores the voice again. But soon he begins to hear it over and over, throughout the day, for two straight weeks: "Quit your job, sell your house, and take all your money to Las Vegas."

"Alright! Alright! I'll do it!" he finally shouts at the voice. He quits his job, sells his house, and catches the next flight to Vegas. Once there, the voice says, "Go to the Horseshoe casino," so he does.

When he gets there, the voice tells him, "Take your money and buy a seat in the WSOP." Ten thousand dollars later he's got his seat at the World Series of Poker, and the first hand he's dealt is As Ad.

"Go all-in," the voice tells him, so he does. Three other players at the table call him, and the dealers lays out the flop, 8h 9h 10h.

    "Damn," says the voice.

To me all the sites are the same, we all get called by so called "Donks" we all Donk off chips for no apparent reason, we all have good days and bad days.

I have not played on sky for nearly 2 months now, i had some horrid beats so i took time out and have been playing very successfully on two other sites, still getting the bad beats but as long as i get it in good what will be will be. I'm even on Two leader boards on another Forum who run private MTTs at these sites. Ive cashed 2 nights running Finishing 7th and 8th from 2800 runners.
But i will be back at Sky at the end of May when these leaderboards have finished with a nice Bankroll.

Anyway my point is (got a bit sidetracked) every site is the same over time deal with it or you will just be playing on tilt all the time. I used to be like that, now i just chill enjoy and make money, if your good enough it should not effect your game.

Good luck at Party Poker a lot of Traffic there.
