What should i be doing here with my AQ, surely i can't flat given both villians are only ~35bb's deep and that i'd be playing the hand oop, and it has to be to strong to fold. Is the correct play 3bet/look get it in?

3 bet then call any shove from your oppos if there only 30 bb deep.

same as what hawk already said 3-bet and calling it off if they shove or also just jam it so if they do just call your 3-bet and you missed completely takes away any awkward spots post flop imo.

make it £1 more and call a shove - I don't like folding and I don't really like calling

The first guy has raised 5x UTG which is pretty strong (in that it's something decent REGs would do with monsters) but then again at NL4 he might not realise UTG you're range should be tighter so could have a lot worse.

Calling like you say isn't an option so only 3bet/C or fold and at NL4 you just cant be folding AQ so has to be 3bet/C.
