HU shuffle MTT thing. Bluff line in 3b pot?
No real post flop reads, but opponent has been busy pre flop, seems fairly loose aggressive, by HU standards.......
If I don't wanna get it in pre, which is obv an option, but quite high varience, is this line ok as a bluff?
I don't think I can flat turn and plan to jam river with these stacks, so it's shove or fold?
Is it too see through?

I assume that when you say he's a loose-aggressive player you mean he's been 3-betting alot, pre-flop. If that's the case, I don't think that the 4-bet is all that high variance. Most of the time I'd expect a fold from him unless we get unlucky and this time he actually has the hand. In fact I think it's a mistake not to 4-bet as, against that type of player, A9 is a monster pre-flop and is a flip against underpairs and beating lower Aces or KQ type hands that might call us. It's not often going to be a monster after the flop though. I think his raise is to 210 (Sky hand history still confuses me) so a shove seems like the play to me.
Coming to the turn, I'm not sure I like shoving here. I say that not because I don't think you're ahead of his range for 3-betting pre-flop and double-barrelling, if he's a good aggro HU player, but because my understanding of these HU shuffle matches is that you'll only play a few hands against each other before being moved. If that's the case, I'm not sure how good our reads can be on him. Alot of pre-flop aggro players aren't capable of firing again on the turn with nothing. Of course, if he has anything on this board he's likely to snap us off and that isn't going to leave us with much of a chance on the river.
I don't hate the turn shove if he's the player we think he is - He could easily be holding Ace-high, suited connectors, small pairs that might fold or even absolute rags - but how sure can we really be that he is that type of player?
I have to admit, I'm not sure about these HU shuffle matches. Seems like mathematically and technically correct aggressive pre-flop play will be the deciding factor in how profitable you find them. Meta-game surely becomes less influential when you don't play more than a few hands with one another, so I'd imagine that pre-flop semi-light 4-bets and 5-bets are going to be pretty commonplace amongst the winning players in this format... I haven't played one yet, but that seems to be the optimal strategy to me in the long-term.
