Beats might look bad, but you had no fold equity in either hand, so its not a surprise you got called in both hands. Would assume you don't normally leave it so late to get shoving, if not then start lookign earlier, as second one in particular you are so low you'll need to be shoving twice jst to get back to a stack that is better than 10bb. (second one is only a BB if you count from flop to river, which is little off when you behind preflop).
